It presents insightful employee engagement statistics, demonstrating how various initiatives affect employee satisfaction and productivity. Furthermore, it dives into successful diversity, equity, and inclusion programs; innovative wellbeing and mental health initiatives; and effective learning and development programs that were implemented during the year. Finally, the report showcases the 2024 successes and sets ambitious targets for 2025 in an aim to improve workplaces in the GCC.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The results of our Trust Index\u2122 survey revealed that 89% of the employees in the Certified \u2122 organizations in the GCC feel that they are treated fairly regardless of their gender.
