DGHR Department is a pioneering step in the development of government cadres in the Emirate of Dubai. Its formation is part of the wise vision of H.H Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, to promote government performance and enhance the efficiency of its operations. DGHR plays a central role in consolidating the awareness and knowledge in modern HR management systems and applications as well as adopting leading international practices.
It also seeks to form a base of government institutional harmony and its supervisory, regulatory role that meets corporate governance requirements.
