Expo City Dubai, legacy of Expo 2020, was established in 2022 when HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, signed Law No. 14 of 2022, with the Expo City Dubai Authority established to oversee the free zone. As master developer, we develop and manage Expo City as a destination including residential communities, Grade-A offices, innovation ecosystems, culture and events – all while prioritising sustainability. Situated in Dubai’s growth corridor, Expo City supports the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) and is a hub on the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
