The Saudi Council of engineers is an umbrella organization for engineers and engineering companies in Saudi Arabia, it was founded the year of 2002. SCE is a government agency that provides regulations for engineering sector in Saudi Arabia by licensing engineers, engineering companies, and developing the engineering sector.
