يتمّ التّعرف على أصحاب العمل الذين لديهم تجارب موظّفين ممتازة من خلال اعتماد™ أفضل مكان للعمل. تتكوّن عملية الحصول على شهادة الاعتماد™ من جزأين: استبيان آراء موظّفيك وملء نموذج النبذة عن منشأتك.
ما هي عملية المشاركة في عملية الحصول على الاعتماد™؟
لمشاركة منشأتك في عملية الحصول على اعتماد “مكان العمل الرائع™“، يجب على قسم الموارد البشرية في منشأتك إكمال “استبيان النبذة عن منشأتك“، وهو استبيان قصير حول خلفية وهيكل مكان عملك، بالإضافة إلى استبيان موظف يُعرف باسم “مؤشر الثقة”.
عندما تصل نتيجة منشأتك في “مؤشر الثقة” إلى ٦٤٫٥٪ أو أعلى، تصبح مؤهلة للحصول على اعتماد™”أفضل بيئة عمل“.
ستوفر عملية الحصول على الاعتماد™ معلومات مهمة حول الوضع الحالي لثقافة مكان عملك، مما يتيح للقادة قياسها وفهمها وتطويرها بشكل أكبر.
كما أن الحصول على الاعتماد™ هو الخطوة الأولى لتصبح “أفضل مكان للعمل“. بمجرد حصول المنشأة على الاعتماد™، وبشرط أن تفي بمتطلبات تقييم الثقة الخاصة بـ “أفضل مكان للعمل” لفئتها، ستحصل على تميز “مكان العمل الرائع™“.
كيف أحصل على شهادة الاعتماد™ كأفضل بيئة عمل؟
للحصول على الاعتماد™، يجب عليك أولاً إجراء استبيان رأي موظفيك ثم الإجابة على استبيان قصير حول تاريخ عملك وبياناتك الديموغرافية. بمجرد إغلاق الاستبيان، ستتلقى الشارة الرقمية الرسمية الخاصة بالاعتماد™، والتي تكون صالحة لمدة عام إذا أكملت استبيان ملخص النبذة عن المنشأة الخاص بك وحصلت على درجة استطلاع كاملة تبلغ ٦٤٫٥٪ أو أعلى.
