Great Place to Work® Middle East surveyed thousands of employees from across the region to determine the 2021 Best Workplaces in the Middle East™.

This recognition is based on confidential survey data assessing employee experiences of trust, innovation, company values, and leadership. Companies are also evaluated on how well they are creating a For All™ workplace experience, inclusive of all employees no matter who they are or what they do.

Highlights from the 2021 Best Workplaces in the Middle East™

This past year has brought about many challenges that business leaders had to face with no guidebook to follow. Through these obstacles, great workplaces showcased their creativity as leaders found new ways to communicate with their employees across all levels of their organizations.

The impact of COVID-19 across the Middle East continues to be uncompromising, but this year’s list-makers show that taking a people-first approach to business is more important than ever before. A major theme across the 2021 Best Workplaces in the Middle East™is that their leaders prioritized constant internal communication and transparency, which helped employees stay informed and feel secure.

Topping the lists for this year are Dubai Police, The ONE, and Westford University College in the large, medium, and small size categories, respectively.
