This recognition is not just a badge of honor – it comes with a whole host of incredible financial and operational benefits. With Certification™, you’re automatically eligible for all of our Best Workplaces™ lists for a 12-month period. With one process, you’ll be put in the running to rank on regional, global, and demographic lists. 

 

Using the Certification Badge

Your Certification™ badge is specifically designed for you to promote your Great Place to Work-Certified™ status on your internal and external channels. 

You can use your badge on all collateral during the validity period noted on it. Each time you renew your Certification™, a new badge will be issued.

Like all logos, the Certification™ badge should be used according to our brand guidelines. Please do not modify the badge in any way.

Your Certification Certificate

As part of your Certification™ package, you’ll receive an official Certification™ Certificate. 

You can frame this certificate and display it proudly as part of your team’s accomplishment in creating a great workplace. As you renew your Certification™ each year, you can keep adding these awards certificates to public displays around your offices.

We recommend posting a blog on your site once your Certification™ is live, sharing some of the highlights of your company culture makes your organization great. Add in some quotes from leaders and employees, and you’ll have engaging content to share with your audiences!

We don’t have to tell you that social media is one of the best ways to boost your brand, connect with your audience, and share exciting news.

We encourage you to use all your social platforms to spread the word about your Certification™ status.
