Focusing on fairness, they addressed concerns within the warehouse department by engaging in open conversations with the team leader. Team-building activities were implemented to enhance employee motivation. “Even small changes can have a significant impact,” Mr. Alshatti affirms.

Impartiality is paramount to Seventh Dimension’s growth. Through the Trust Index© Survey, they achieved a remarkable 28% increase in their impartiality score within nine months (from 60% to 88%).
