How do we select the Best Workplace in KSA™?
We analyze employee experiences within their workplaces, taking into account each organization’s size, workforce composition, and industry context to ensure a fair and rigorous evaluation.
Employees answer 59 survey statements that measure the extent to which their organization creates a consistently great workplace experience for all.
Organizations that achieve Great Place To Work® Certification™ become eligible for consideration in the Best Workplaces™ Ranking, where only those demonstrating the highest levels of trust and cultural strength earn their place.

The Best Places to Work™ recognition in KSA is an international distinction that highlights companies with a high-trust work culture.
This recognition is awarded to certified organizations that exceed the benchmark for a great workplace (65% favorability rating), consistently apply best practices, and show a strong, ongoing commitment to employee well-being.

Who is Great Place To Work®?
Great Place To Work is the global authority on workplace culture, employee experience and the leadership behaviors proven to deliver market-leading revenue and increased innovation.
We help companies around the world survey their employees, benchmark their results, identify gaps and improve their workplace culture. Ours is the only national recognition program based on a rigorous methodology and validated employee feedback.
Who’s eligible for Great Place To Work's Best Workplaces™ lists?
- Have at least 10 full- and/or part-time employees
- Are Great Place To Work-Certified™ companies as of the list deadline
- To become Certified™, companies must survey their employees using our flagship assessment, the Trust Index© Survey , and complete a Culture Brief™.
- Certain lists may require more employees (50+). Please call us for specifics if you’re interested in a particular list.
How are Best Workplaces selected?
You must complete your Great Place To Work Certification™ by the deadline for that list on our List Deadlines page.
What happens if I don’t make it on the list?
First, rest assured, we keep results completely confidential. We never disclose the names of companies who participate in the process but do not get recognized. You have nothing to lose!
