Alshawamikh Oil Services SAOC (AOS), is a Super Local Community Company formed by Royal Decree and incubated by PDO with a closed shareholding structure of shareholders from the concession areas. It was established in 2011 with the government’s steer to create investment opportunities for the people living in and around the oil fields, as well as to achieve several national objectives and enhance in-country-value (ICV). Alshawamikh stands out today as one of the most recognized and trusted Super Local Community Contractors within the Omani oil & gas market, and progressively building a reputation in the region.
