Pilgrim Experience Program

At PEP, our mission is inspired by the Kingdom’s 2030 vision as we remain one of its vital programs. Our primary role is to realize a qualitative shift in the experience of the guest of Rahman through managing the integration process between relevant authorities and prompt interventions that detect and resolve what might affect the experience of the guest of Rahman. Through our journey we aim to achieve the program’s main objectives: – Supporting the efforts of increasing the numbers of the Two Holy Mosques guests. – Providing high-quality services. – Enriching the religious and cultural experience.
