Great Place to Work® names Schneider Electric Gulf one of the region’s Best Workplaces in 2022

Schneider Electric Gulf is proud to be selected as one of the region’s Best Workplaces™ for 2022 by Great Place to Work®.  The company received the award on the final day of its first hybrid Innovation Summit Middle East & Africa 2022. This is the first time that Schneider Electric Gulf has been recognized by Great Place to Work® – underlining the region’s rise as an increasingly attractive global destination to live and work in.

Now in its 25th year, the list is one of the most respected and comprehensive measures of workplace culture and talent management best practices. A large part of the Great Place to Work® evaluation is based on a confidential survey in which employees assessed the company based on their personal experiences across dimensions like caring, community, justice, pride, leadership behavior and respect.

In that survey, nine out of ten Schneider Electric Gulf employees said that they feel a deep sense of pride for their accomplishments at the company.  Over 90% of employees believe that they make a difference, that their work has purpose and they feel good about the ways they contribute to the community. More than 86% would endorse Schneider Electric to their friends and family as a Great Place to Work. Additionally, 80% of employees feel that they are cared for and treated fairly regardless of their differences.
