A Leading Platform for Employer Branding

The Egypt Career Summit continues to serve as a key platform for employer branding, enabling meaningful connections between organizations and talent. The 9th edition welcomed a diverse mix of companies and professionals, all aligned around a shared goal: building better workplaces.

Throughout the two-day event, the Great Place to Work® Middle East team engaged with CEOs, HR leaders, and emerging talent at its booth. These conversations reflected a growing focus among organizations on workplace culture, employee experience, and trust as key drivers of business success.

Key Insights on Workplace Culture and Business Performance

A key highlight of the event was the participation of Ibrahim Mohammed, Managing Director for Egypt at Great Place to Work® Middle East. He joined a panel discussion titled:

“Selling Without Selling: How Revenue Is Built in the Age of Value, Data, and Connections.”

During the session, he shared insights on how trust, authentic relationships, and data-driven decision-making are reshaping how organizations drive sustainable revenue growth.

He also delivered a stage talk presenting the mission, impact, and regional presence of Great Place to Work® Middle East, with a focus on its growing role in supporting organizations locally.

He emphasized that companies are now competing not only locally but also with multinational and regional employers for top talent. In this increasingly competitive environment, employer branding and workplace culture have become essential differentiators, with many organizations turning to proven frameworks like the Great Place to Work® Effect to drive measurable business outcomes.

He also highlighted shifting workforce expectations, particularly among younger generations, who increasingly value professional development, recognition, and purpose alongside compensation. As a result, organizations must invest in building strong workplace cultures that foster trust, engagement, and long-term loyalty.

Supporting the Next Generation of Talent

In parallel, Yousra Ismail, Head of Culture Coaching & Analytics at Great Place to Work® Middle East, participated in a panel titled “From Campus to Corporate.”

Her session focused on helping students better understand the transition from education to the workplace. She shared practical insights on building resilience, adaptability, and the skills needed to succeed in today’s evolving work environment.

She also mentored a group of students during the summit, reinforcing Great Place to Work® Middle East’s commitment to supporting future talent and contributing to workforce development.
